Pre-Construction

With our background being in Building Surveying we are able to provide Pre-Construction Advice & Feasibility Studies, Building Pathology & advice on remedial works including full specifications, through to Project Management.

We monitor budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.

Construction

Working with a combined labour force of our own in-house team and a network of trusted partners, we are able to carry out all aspects of any refurbishment or build large or small.

We manage the end-to-end project providing total transparency and visibility throughout the works.
We aim to establish long lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding expectations and gaining trust by delivering high levels of professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail, and service-minded client satisfaction.

Post-Construction

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination.

All work is guaranteed and backed by warranties where applicable. We take care of all sign offs and certification, down to providing a complete hand over pack on completion of works.
